After the brawl between PTI supporters and PML-N workers outside the parliament house on March 6, the female politicians from both parties are promoting violence to defend the case of their respective parties.
Instead of fighting together against wrong, the female politicians came up speaking against each other and seemed to be promoting violence against the same gender.
On the day when Prime Minister Imran Khan took confidence vote from the national assembly (NA), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) supporters and leaders scuffled.
Explaining what triggered the strife, PML-N’s leader Musadik Malik said it had not happened if Maryam Aurangzeb wouldn’t have been insulted. Maryam Aurangzeb was given a mountza by PTI workers who had assembled outside the assembly.
Instead of condemning the act, PTI female ministers and lawmakers showed up with justifications.
Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari did not condemn the attack but instead, she posted videos on her Twitter handle to defend PML-N instigated PTI workers.
So PM Imran Khan got more votes now than when he was given vote of confidence to become PM in 2018! Corrupt mafias anger at this stumping by IK was shown by their attempts to deliberately disrupt PTI workers gathered to show support for their leader! Delib provocation – shameful! pic.twitter.com/6kymcnlS3L

She cited a previous incident with PTI’s MNA Faheem Khan in which Maryam Aurangzeb shouldered him during a presser outside parliament house and then a bedlam was created.
PTI MNA Kanwal Shauzab tweeted a video of the same incident.

Instead of easing tensions and demanding action against what happened with Maryam Aurangzeb outside parliament house, PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz threatened the opposition, “You slap us once, we’ll slap you ten times”.
