He said that “They say that it is the age of technology, the world has become a global village, man has set foot on the moon, our ears have become ripe after hearing the words of the rulers of this advanced age, in this age of modern technology. The decision of the Supreme Court did not reach the session court in 5 days, I don’t know if the Supreme Court has written the decision or not.

He asked that even after five days the decision of the Supreme Court has not reached the Sessions Court, is this justice? Will we get such justice? Do you think this is a trap of the courts, an accused person obeys the law and the constitution and comes to your door and your order does not arrive for 5 days? Is this justice?

He said that I have told my lawyer not to submit any application and they are still urging me to be patient. Yes, I have been in jail for 4 and a half months in a false case of murder, I am patient, but in 5 days the Supreme Court decision has not reached the session court and they say it is the era of technology, it is the era of technology? I curse your system.

He said, “I ask the honorable judges of the Supreme Court that after your order, I have been kept in jail for 5 days, is it not cruel?” It is equivalent to denial.
