Bannu AC Shares Wedding Joy With Street Children

Assistant Commissioner of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s district Bannu Usman Ashraf and his wife Dr Natasha Rizwan tied the knot a few days back and decided to limit their wedding celebrations with street children only

In a few and far between occurrence, a couple surprised everyone by celebrating their wedding with only street children as guests.

Assistant Commissioner (AC) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s district Bannu Usman Ashraf and his wife Dr Natasha Rizwan tied the knot recently and decided to limit their wedding celebrations with street children only.

While talking to the media, Ashraf expressed that it is very important to include the marginalized members of society in celebrations.

The couple invited children from street school Each One Teach One Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to children with no means to get an education.

The unconventional reception grabbed the immediate attention of the netizens who received the initiative well.

Earlier, a couple from Karachi hand-picked simple wedding function and fed poverty-stricken children for celebration.

Not only this, a couple from a rural area in Pakistan claimed that their wedding function cost nearly Rs 100,000.

This unique wedding featured music, dancing, and room decoration, and the photos from the wedding were widely shared on Twitter.

The bride and groom tried to spread the word that instead of a lavish style wedding, a couple could go for a simple yet elegant function.
