He also decried that Sindh wasn’t being paid its due share in the National Finance Commission (NFC) award and that the federal government didn’t give anything from Rs 1 trillion package for Karachi.

The road infrastructure in the largest city of the country, Karachi, has decayed while there is no mass transit system in a densely populated city.

The dog bite incidents have risen unprecedently in Sindh province. The public hospitals in the province face an acute shortage of rabies vaccine.

According to a report by the Sindh health department, more than 150,000 dog bite cases were reported in the province during the first nine months of 2020 while at least 17 deaths occurred due to the same reason.

In 2019, the situation remained similar when around 200,000 dog attack cases surfaced in Sindh.

It has also surfaced that the educational institutions in the province serve as dwellings of domestic animals instead of students in several rural districts.

Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) Nusrat Sehar Abbasi lashed out at Bilawal Bhutto for his overstatement about the development in Sindh.

She said that there were no educational institutions in the province where the poor could get education neither there were hospitals. “Where is the development?”, she asked.

GDA leader went on to say that Sindh isn’t progressing but it is on the path of destruction.

She expressed that Bilawal should have truth at least on the birthday of his mother Benazir.
