Singer-turned-politician Jawad Ahmad was finally spotted with a party official in a poster glued behind a tri-wheeler rickshaw. Some users believe that the Jawad was finally bearing the fruit of his struggle and people have started to recognize him as a political figure.

The social worker Jawad Ahmed debuted in electoral politics in 2014 after launching his political party Barabri Party Pakistan.

The motto of the party is to promote equality and opportunities for everyone regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or gender.

Previously, Ahmad contested the parliamentary seat of NA-131 against now Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and Khwaja Saad Rafique of PML-N in the 2018 general elections. Despite the loss, the first-time contender received around 400 votes.

Recently, a Twitter user, who recently visited Karachi witnessed something interesting and couldn’t resist posting it.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the user posted a photo of a rickshaw that was spotted with a banner of Jawad Ahmad’s party.

Cartoonist Majid Khan retweeted the photo and expressed happiness that Jawad’s struggle was finally paying off.

He added that it was satisfying to know that now the singer wasn’t standing alone in his political struggle.

Like Jawad Ahmad, Imran Khan also started his political struggle in small steps, and he eventually became the prime minister of the country after 22 years.
