On alleged audio leak of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar’s son Najam Saqib, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf has formed an investigation committee to check the facts.
The committee formed by Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf will be headed by Muhammad Aslam Bhutani. Other members of the committee include Hussain Tariq, Naz Baloch, Khalid Magsi, Afzal Khan, Shahida Akhtar, Muhammad Abu Bakr, Burgis Tahir and Rohail Asghar.
The committee under the chairmanship of Chairman Committee Muhammad Aslam Bhutani will submit a report to the National Assembly after a comprehensive investigation. A notification has also been issued in this regard.
According to the notification, the ten members will be able to take help from any investigative agency in connection with their investigation. Because in the alleged audio, Najam Saqib, son of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, is heard talking about PTI’s election ticket. In the alleged audio, Najam Saqib has also demanded Rs 1 crore 20 lakh for the PTI ticket.
It should be noted that on April 29 last month, the alleged audio of Najam Saqib, the son of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, was revealed in which he is heard talking about the distribution of PTI tickets for the Punjab general elections.
