Sindh High Court approved the bail of Daniya Shah, former third wife of late Amir Liaquat Hussain in the case of a leaked viral video.
In the Sindh High Court, Dania Shah’s bail application was heard in which accused Dania’s lawyer Liaqat Gabol advocate took a stand that there is no evidence against Dania, FIA has done a poor investigation.

Court, passing judgment on the arguments of Daniya’s lawyer, accepted the bail application of the accused and ordered Daniya to submit a surety bond of 2 lakh rupees.
Earlier, the sessions court rejected the bail application of the accused. It should be clear that Daniya is accused of viralizing the private videos of Aamir Liaquat, on which a case was registered by Dua Aamir, the daughter of the deceased. Daniya Shah is in jail on judicial remand, she was arrested by FIA in December 2022.
