An elderly father of three disabled girls finally received a response from the Sindh government and a promise of treatment after News360 raised the matter.
The poor father of three disabled daughters, unable to afford their treatment, was staging a protest outside Karachi Press Club (KPC) for weeks.
On the news of News360, Special Assistant to Sindh Chief Minister on Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Qasim Naveed took notice of the protest.
The official reached the impoverished family and assured them of free treatment of all three disabled girls.
Besides this, Qasim Naveed also promised a monthly stipend for handicapped children.

He said it was heart-wrenching to see the condition of differently-abled girls. The poor father thanked the government official for approaching him.
Earlier, Noor Muhammad demanded Prime Minister Imran Khan, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to take notice and rescue the family from difficulties.
He added that he had been voting for PPP for the past four decades but none of its representatives came forward to help them.
The father said that he even approached elected representatives of Kotri but to no avail.
