Mystery of disappearance of Bol news anchor person Imran Riaz has not been solved yet, while IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has revealed the use of mobile numbers from Afghanistan in his disappearance.
Inspector General Police (IG) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has revealed the use of Afghanistan mobile numbers in the case of the disappearance of Bol News Anchor Person Imran Riaz in the Lahore High Court.
Following the disappearance of anchor person Imran Riaz, Bol News President and MD Sami Ibrahim, who was allegedly abducted, has returned home while another social media journalist Arqam Shaikh is also missing.

Gibran Nasir said that social media journalist Arqam Sheikh is in the custody of law enforcement agencies, while no information is being provided to his family.

During the hearing of the recovery case of Bol news anchor person Imran Riaz, IG Punjab told the court that the mobile numbers of Afghanistan were used in his disappearance.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar revealed that despite conducting a geo-fence operation, they failed to find the relevant numbers as they could not track numbers from Afghanistan.
Dr. Usman said that on court orders, he met Imran Riaz’s family and FIA officials, but it was found that the numbers related to this case were from Afghanistan.
IG Punjab asked the court for permission to submit the foreign numbers and its transcript in the Imran Riaz case to the chamber, on which he was asked to appear in the chamber.
Lawyer Imran Riaz said that other people are caught, my client is not coming, on which the Chief Justice said that it is easy to catch people who are here.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman refrained from telling the court about the foreign numbers in the Imran Riaz case that Afghanistan numbers were used by which side.
On the other hand, another social media journalist Arqam Sheikh has been missing for the past 22 days, while his family is also not being provided with any information about him.
Social activist Gibran Nasir raised his voice on Twitter for the recovery of Arqam Sheikh, saying that Arqam, who covered the attack on the Corps Commander House on May 9, should be recovered.

On the reservations of Gibran Nasir, the spokesperson of Punjab Police told him that all the detained journalists and innocent people will be released on the instructions of IG Punjab Dr. Usman.
The spokesperson of Punjab Police said that modern technology including geo-fencing was used to arrest the suspects of Jinnah House attack, from which the records of all the persons have been revealed.
On the order of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, journalist Sarfraz Khan has been released, while other journalists and innocent people will also be released. No action will be taken against them.
The Association of Electronic Media Editors and News Directors also expressed their concerns regarding the disappearance of journalists and demanded the recovery of the missing journalists.

In the emergency meeting of the Association of Electronic Media Editors and News Directors, it was said that some people are playing the role of political workers in the guise of journalism.
The association demanded that if Imran Riaz is guilty of any crime, legal action should be taken against him and he should be given the legal right to defend himself.
