Imran Khan tells PTI leaders that Nawaz Sharif and PDM have been asked to prepare for fresh polls
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former prime minister Imran Khan gave the task to Punjab leadership to start preparations for fresh polls which may be announced within 6-8 months.
These views were expressed by Imran Khan during a meeting with members of the PTI Punjab Assembly in Lahore.
Khan said that we know the people who did double game with us, but do not want to name anyone in front of everyone, the schedule of general elections may be announced within the next 6 to 8 weeks. Therefore, preparations for the elections should be started.
Imran Khan told the Punjab leadership of his party that the only solution for economic stability in the country is fair and transparent elections.
Imran Khan while talking to his sources during the meeting with his Punjab Assembly members said that Nawaz Sharif has asked the government to somehow bring down the value of the rupee to less than 200 and provide relief to the people and later. Announce the election.
Imran Khan further said with reference to his sources that Nawaz Sharif has told Shahbaz Sharif that we have to go towards the election as soon as possible, because there is no other option without it.
Imran Khan has announced six to eight weeks and asked the party leaders to prepare for the elections.
Yasmin Rashid has been tasked to organize the party from the grassroots level, and to speed up the public relations campaign.
It should be noted that the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf has called a meeting of the National Council of PTI in Islamabad to organize the final process of the elections.
