Friday turned out a hideous day for Buzdar government as his two assistants left the posts over different reasons while the brother of the minister-designate was gunned down.
The day started with the resignation of Special Coordinator to Punjab Chief Minister on Political Affairs Muhammad Aun Chaudhry.
The member of the Jahangir Tareen group in the party sacrificed his post and submitted his resignation.
He was provided the option to choose between the post and Tareen, and he chose the latter.

Later in the day, Buzdar’s flamboyant Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan also resigned from the post citing personal reasons.
However, sources claimed that she will be assigned an important responsibility in the federal government.
On Friday, the brother of the designated minister Asad Khokar was killed in Lahore at a wedding ceremony of his son.
The firing happened when Usman Buzdar was also present there. However, he and other officials remained safe.
