Against the expulsion, IBA students protested a day before the meeting of the disciplinary committee which will hear Jibrail’s review plea today.

Following the rigid course of action by IBA, the students think it is becoming another LUMS.

In June last year, several enrolled and alumna of LUMS shared horrific personal accounts of harassment encounters.

However, they bemoaned that the varsity’s management didn’t take any action against harassers even though they were named and nominated.

Now, IBA students also believe that the fate of their institution will be like LUMS if the example of Jibrail’s case is followed in harassment cases.
