Tik Tok star Hareem Shah has recently met Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) founder Altaf Hussain outside of the crown court in London which raised many eyebrows of whether it was a coincidental meeting.
The meeting of Hareem Shah, who is facing money laundering case in Pakistan, with MQM founder Altaf Hussain outside a London court on Wednesday has raised many questions. Altaf Hussain had appeared before the London’s Kingston-upon-Thames crown court in a case related to incitement and hate speeches.
On the other hand, Hareem Shah become headlines after being accused of money laundering just after her video surfaced on social media in which she criticised Pakistani authorities for doing nothing but making tall claims on many public issues. She had also claimed not to be questioned by the airport authorities after she took bundles of currency notes with her while travelling abroad.

Shah, while talking to Geo News, hinted at her meeting with Altaf Hussain was actually a coincident as she was just taking a “random stroll” outside of the court when she spotted reporters of Pakistani media outlets gathered outside the court.

The Tik Tok star said, “I felt very good because I was allowed inside without any troubles. I appreciate the rules and regulations of the United Kingdom.”
Shah had approached Altaf Hussain when he came outside of the court after the hearing but his guard stopped her.
“But Altaf Hussain stood up from his chair and told the guard not to stop me. He then talked to me for a long time and prayed to God to ease my difficulties,” she said. Shah said that she was “surprised” to find out that Hussain already knew who she was.

“I don’t know if he knows about my case with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), but he prayed for me, and I really felt good about it,” she said.

Shah said that while she “does not know much about” the MQM leaders as she was “very young” when he was “active in Pakistan,” she still respects him. “I have only learned about him through the media, and we shouldn’t blindly trust everything [projected on the media],” but the way he treated me, he earned my respect,” she said.
“Altaf Hussain is a respected elder for me, and his prayers mean a lot,” she told Geo News. “I also pray for his acquittal [in the hate-speech trial].”
The meeting has raised questions of whether it was really a coincidental meeting as both personalities were facing trials and investigation by the Pakistani authorities for their alleged involvement in illegal activities.
