Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan will virtually address the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Friday, concentrating on Taliban and Kashmir.
He is expected to push the world leaders to recognize the Taliban rule in Afghanistan for the sake of stability and averting humanitarian crisis.
It is also assumed Imran Khan will emphasize on Taliban’s entry into UNGA to present their version before the world. United Kingdom (UK), France, United States (US) and others have refused to accept the Taliban government.

All countries in the world, even the ones which have cordial relations with the group, have called for them to prove themselves through actions.
The Taliban have recently announced their interim government but they have reneged on the promise of including women.
During his interviews after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan on August 15, Prime Minister Imran Khan has emphasized the importance of a stable Afghanistan.
This is, he considers, is important for regional and international peace or else, Imran Khan has warned of chaos if the group is not lent a helping hand by the global powers.

The group’s spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid has maintained that the world has to recognize them first and they are ready to allay all concerns.
Besides Taliban, a portion of Imran Khan’s speech at UNGA will shed light on Indian atrocities in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir like he did so in 2019.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address UNGA on Saturday.
