IHC orders not to arrest Murad Saeed until submission of cases details in court

A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the request to provide the details of former federal minister Murad Saeed’s cases and prevent his arrest.
Murad Saeed’s lawyer said that an order should be given to provide the details of the cases filed against my client, the details of the investigation by other agencies including the FIA should also be provided, and the arrest of Murad Saeed should be stopped until the decision is taken on the application.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir inquired whether security has been requested in the application. To this, Murad Saeed’s lawyer replied that yes, we have also requested security. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir said that we will issue appropriate orders on this.
The court has said in its order that no disciplinary action should be taken against Murad Saeed until the next hearing. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the Islamabad High Court said that the parties will be summoned and questioned, and appropriate orders will be issued.
The apex court issued a notice to the police and the FIA and adjourned the hearing seeking their reply till next week.
