‘It Was Predestined”, Brother of Kashmala Incident’s Survivor
Victim Faisal Khan said the doctors have told him that he would be discharged in a week. He was also convinced of the treatment he was receiving at Pims
The brother of Faisal Khan, Kashmala incident’s survivor, said that it was predestined incident and they would not pursue legal action against the government official and her family.
While talking to News360, the victim’s elder brother, Qamar Zaman, expressed satisfaction with the treatment his brother was receiving at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
He added that they were not concerned if the government did not come forward for help.
Faisal Khan was one of two injured in the road accident. However, he met the horrific accident while returning home. The victim said he was now feeling better.
His brother Qamar also expressed satisfaction with the treatment his brother was receiving at the healthcare facility.

Faisal told that he was still in his senses when the accident occurred.
Four people were killed in a deadly accident involving the convoy vehicles of Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplaces Kashmala Tariq.
Kashmala Tariq’s son, Azlan, was nominated in the first information report (FIR) on the application of another survivor, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman.
However, Kashmala’s son has obtained pre-arrest bail until February 16 against bail bonds worth Rs 50,000.
The ombudsperson’s speeding convoy jumped a red signal and rammed into two cars and a motorcycle on Srinagar Highway in Islamabad.
He said that Faisal was recovering fast and they sought no help from the government.
Qamar appealed to the people to pray for his injured brother as the recovery so far made was a result of the prayers.
He ruled out the possibility of legal action against Kashmala Tariq and her family.
He maintained, “Whatever happened was an accident and we are thankful that our brother has got another life”.
Earlier, Faisal Khan’s other brother, Waqar Khan, had complained that neither media nor the government had asked his brother who was fighting for his survival following the deadly accident.
