WEB DESK: Undoubtedly, the attraction of Sindh province is well known to enchant the people. The fragrance of the soil and the captivating colors of culture, compel the big names of the world to visit different sites.
Considering Umerkot, a number of fairytales including Omar Marvi are affix with this city.
It is also the birthplace of the Mughal emperor Jalaluddin Akbar.
While many Sufis were buried here in the mud.
Recently, the Italian Consul General and his wife visited Umerkot, Mithi and Tharparkar to promote tourism and culture of Pakistan.

During their visit to Sindh, the Italian couple had food on bright colored ‘Ralli’ (handmade quilts) in thatched hut.
The duo enjoyed camel ride as well after having a traditional meal.

The Italian Consul General and his wife also met with folk singer, Mai Dhai, excelling in her singing skills.
The couple also praised the singing of folk singer Yusuf Faqir.

Danilo Giurdanella also visited the birthplace of emperor Akbar.

According to the provincial minister, the Italian government supports his department in the field of tourism.
The minister hopes that many such visits will held in the future as well that can help in highlighting the beautiful culture of Sindh.
