A journalist-cum-YouTuber Bilal Ahmed has accused the lawyer-cum-social activist Jibran Nasir of having ‘foreign and anti-Islam agenda’ in one of his videos.
Bilal Ahmed levelled serious allegations against Jibran Nasir for having links with foreign lobbies that are working against Islam and Muslims including Ahmadis. In his video, he further said that the facts will be revealed soon and people will start talking about it.
The journalist also alleged that Nasir also played an important role to convert the religion of a Muslim girl into Christianity. The video was allegedly recorded on the premises of the Karachi Press Club by Ahmed, who is also the secretary of the legal team of KPC.
KPC bans entry of lawyer, social activist Jibran Nasir
A few days ago, the Karachi Press Club (KPC) imposed a ban on the entry of lawyer and social activist, Jibran Nasir, for allegedly taking revengeful action, registering cases against journalists and pressurising them for one-sided reporting in the Dua Zehra case.
After Bilal Ahmed’s allegations, the lawyer commented that the video was filmed by a journalist, who is the secretary of the KPC’s legal committee, on the rooftop of the Karachi Press Club. If these false statements are the reality of the press club, then I would like not to step inside the building before anyone bans me there. He added that it was sorrowful that the press club lost its historic integrity of 75 years.

Some journalistic circles expressed concerns over the recording of the video that could spark a religious hatred wave among nationals. They also asked KPC office-bearers to take notice of Ahmed’s video and discourage filming of controversial content on the premises of the press club.
