Kamyab Pakistan Launched to Uplift Millions of Families

Under the program, Rs 1.4 trillion worth of soft loans will be dispersed to eliminate poverty by empowering different segments of society

Prime Minister Imran Khan has inaugurated Kamyab Pakistan Program (KPP) with the ambition to provide soft loans to nearly 3.7 million families across the country.

Under the program, Rs 1.4 trillion worth of soft loans will be dispersed to eliminate poverty by empowering different segments of society.

As per details according to a press release issued by Prime Minister Office, there are five components of the program namely Kamyab Kissan, Kamyab Karobar, Naya Pakistan low-cost housing, Kamyab Hunarmand, and Sehatmand Pakistan.

“Interest-free loans will be given to farmers through successful farmers. Under the successful business program, up to 500,000 interest-free loans will be provided for businesses. Easy installment financing facility to build your house under cheap house scheme”.

The press release also disclosed that it would also link low-income groups with banks through micro-financing institutes.

Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin said that KPP would be a major initiative to support the poor and to transform their lives.
