Karachi City Court orders to release of Hassaan Niazi
Remand of Hassaan Niazi, who was arrested in case of provocative speeches, was requested by Karachi police, which was rejected by court
City Court of Karachi rejected the remand request of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Hassaan Niazi in case of provocative speeches and ordered his release.
During the hearing, the text of the case filed against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and Barrister Hassan Niazi in Karachi City Court was read out to court. On behalf of police, Hassaan Niazi was requested to be remanded for two weeks.
Hassaan Niazi’s lawyers opposed the remand and said that every political opposition against their client has been made a false case, so client should be acquitted.
On this occasion, investigating officer requested a two-week remand, saying that accused has to be investigated for very serious charges.
Arrested leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Barrister Hassaan Niazi, was presented in court in court of Judicial Magistrate Karachi East under tight security.
The court accepted the plea of police remand and ordered to release Hassaan Niazi from the case.
The court ordered Hassaan Niazi to submit a bond of 50 thousand rupees and directed the investigating officer of the case to submit the challan of the case.
A case was registered against Hassaan Niazi in Jamshed quarter.
After the court verdict, Hassaan Niazi’s lawyers shouted slogans in the courtroom.
