Kh Saad Rafique reacts to Kamran Khan’s request to power matrix

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) central leader and federal minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has strongly reacted to senior anchorperson Kamran Khan’s request to power matrix regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan.

The anchorperson Kamran Khan requested the power matrix to refrain from imposing unnecessary restrictions on PTI chief Imran Khan.

He wrote on Twitter that he wants to request influential institutions and personalities as a common Pakistani.

Khan added that the imposition of restrictions and attempts to end the political career of Imran Khan through imposing harsh restrictions will create ground for the corrupt politicians who have looted trillion of public money. He predicted that such attempts will bring a real revolution to the country.

Reacting to his tweet, Khawaja Saad Rafique said some prominent people were involved in boosting the ‘conspirator and lier’ like Imran Khan’s popularity and misguiding nationals.

He blamed Kamran Khan for being among the said people who violated the principles and moral values to back Imran Khan’s narratives in the name of freedom of the press and expression. He expressed sorrow that the anchorperson’s behaviour damaged the reputation of the Constitution and the state.

Analysts said that Rafique should properly weigh his statement before launching criticism against the journalist as his own political party and its allies played a blame game against the power matrix and sometimes, sought assistance from the same people.
