The newly-appointed KP Law Minister Fazal Shakoor exhibited no interest in the assembly proceeding and enjoyed playing a game instead of paying attention to the speeches on matters of public interest by other lawmakers.
KP Law Minister Fazal Shakoor hails from the Charsadda district of the province.
The position got vacant after former minister Sultan Mohammad Khan resigned following allegations of vote-selling in the Senate election.
Thereby, KP Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan assigned portfolios to three new ministers and appointed Shakoor Khan as the minister of law, parliamentary affairs, and human rights on April 14.
Interestingly, this is not the first time that the political figures have been detected living their moments during the assembly sessions.
In this regard, former Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has been a prominent name who was caught red-handed snoozing during multiple sessions of the Sindh Assembly.
Moreover, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider had been spotted sleeping on camera during a conference on Kashmir Issue.
