Larkana: Rozina Gopang seeking protection from ex-husband found hanged at home
A woman named Rozina Gopang was found hanged at home in Larkana and sought police protection from her ex-husband a few days ago.
LARKANA: A terrifying incident occurred in Larkana reportedly on Thursday as a woman named Rozina Gopang was found hanged at her residence and sought police protection from her ex-husband a few days ago.
A video has also surfaced on social media in which Rozina Gopang was telling the atrocities against her and the police inaction against her ex-husband. The death incident sparked public outrage and #JusticeForRozinaGopang became a Twitter trend.

Police termed the incident as suicide, however, no inquiry has been launched as yet. The death incident of a divorced woman in Larkana exposed the lawlessness in Sindh.
Before her alleged suicide, Rozina Gopang recorded a video in which she said that she went to Khairpur SSP and other concerned offices of Larkana to seek justice and action against her former husband, however, the effort went in vain.

Later, she was found hanging in the room at her residence in Larkana’s Mohalla Rasulabad area. Rozina’s sisters blamed her former husband for murdering her.
