Like India: No Salaries For Non-Vaccinated Employees in Sindh

Following footsteps of a district in India, Sindh government will not release the salaries of non-vaccinated employees from July.
The order was taken in a meeting of the provincial task force convened by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Thursday.
The measure of the Sindh government reflects that it is following the footsteps of an Indian state.

A ‘no vaccination, no salary’ order had been issued by the Firozabad district administration to end vaccine reluctance among government employees.
Treading in the footsteps, the Sindh government laid down the law for all provincial employees to stem coronavirus.
The workers have been given the month of June to implement the orders or else, their salaries would not be credited into their accounts next month.
In a presser, Sindh Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said that the government would reach every corner of the province to vaccinte people.
The official figures tell that around 1.5 million people have been immunized with either first or both doses in the province so far.
During the past 24 hours, the province reported 937 fresh cases with 16 fatalities.
