The Sim Shakh bridge in Qambar has returned to its rough condition after the rains have washed away the sand used for leveling it.
The bridge some three kilometers (kms) away from Qambar is used to travel to Karachi and Balochistan but the motorists using it face extreme difficulties due to its dilapidated condition.

The truck drivers and locals said the government collects full tax from them but it was not reconstructing an important bridge. They informed it was in such poor condition for the past 7-8 months and leveled with sand.
However, the sand has been flushed away by the recent rain spells and the road has once again returned rough.
