Anchorperson and journalist Mansoor Ali Khan slammed the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif following back-to-back political failures.
Commenting over PM Shehbaz Sharif’s recent speech on the National Assembly’s floor, Mansoor Ali Khan censured that the PML-N president has destroyed politics by his own hands of his own political party in its stronghold Punjab.
He suggested PML-N seek the symbol of ‘cat’ instead of ‘lion’ in the next general elections after witnessing its political downfall. He said that the PML-N lost its party grip in Punjab after adopting the politics of deals.

Khan said that PML-N has even failed to bring out some workers to protest against the ouster of Hamza Shahbaz from the Punjab Chief Minister (CM) slot. He was of the view that PML-N has retained its political grip until it took a stand on sensitive issues and gave a narrative of empowering the voting power.

Khan termed the PML-N narrative just an ‘anti-establishment drama’, adding that the political party had still gotten some public support. He blamed Shehbaz Sharif for adopting destructive policies for his own political party.
He then asked PM Sharif not to complain about the situation. The anchorperson said that PM Sharif was responsible for making the Parliament a worthless institution. He gave the example of Raja Riaz who had been made the opposition leader and sat next to the prime minister in the National Assembly.
