Maryam Nawaz says ‘receiving threats for her video leak’

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz has said that she was receiving threats about her video leak too.

Maryam Nawaz, while talking to the journalists, said that she was filmed in a night suit during his imprisonment under the supervision of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

She added that she has never played the victim card and now she was revealing that her video was allegedly captured by the NAB officials via mobile phone after storming her room.

The PML-N VP challenged the political rivals to release the video that will expose their filthiness for what they had done with her in the prison cell.

Earlier, Maryam Nawaz had reportedly stopped the leaking of a controversial video of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, anchorperson Hamid Mir revealed during the TV show.

Hamid Mir made the claims while interviewing Defence Minister and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) central leader Khawaja Asif.

Hamid Mir said that he has a reliable report that when PML-N came into power and Maryam Nawaz had stopped Imran Khan’s obscene video from being leaked online. The anchorperson further said that Nawaz Sharif had also received some videos of his political rivals but he stopped making them public.

Analysts said that Maryam Nawaz’s statement confirmed the victimisation of individuals via video leaks which should be stopped and condemned in all forums. They said that the filthy of video leaks to victimise individuals must be stopped and strict action should be taken against the responsible.
