Motorists of KP to Pay Only Re 1 Registration Fee
The 'one percent of the value' rule will apply to vehicles over 2,500 CC and commercially used trucks, rickshaws, etc
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has issued the notification of reducing registration fees of vehicles to Re 1 only.
According to the notification issued by the Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control Department, the motorcycle owners will have to pay one percent of the vehicle’s value for getting it registered.
The vehicles from 1,300 CC to 2,500 CC will be required to pay only Re 1 under the registration fee.
The one percent of the value rule will also apply to vehicles over 2,500 CC and commercially used trucks, rickshaws, etc.
