Murad Saeed serves legal notice to Reham Khan over malicious propaganda
In his legal notice, Murad Saeed sought an unconditional apology from Reham Khan within 14 days, otherwise, a Rs1 billion defamation suit will be filed against her.
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Communications Murad Saeed has served a legal notice to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s former wife Reham Khan over doing malicious propaganda in her book besides levelling baseless allegations against him.
In his legal notice, Murad Saeed sought an unconditional apology from Reham Khan within 14 days, otherwise, a Rs1 billion defamation suit will be filed against her.
Murad Saeed said that malicious propaganda is being made against him using the reference to the contents of Reham Khan’s book. The legal action was sought by Saeed over three years after the publication of her book.

Murad Saeed had earlier filed a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) cybercrime wing against Online News Agency editor-in-chief for his ‘character assassination’ during a TV show that led to his arrest from his residence in Islamabad.

Mohsin Baig and other panellists had also given a reference to Reham Khan’s book during the TV programme.
Reham Khan, a British-Pakistani journalist, had married Imran Khan in 2015 and got divorced in November 2016.
