One after another, the episodes went beyond limits for Manahil, and she eventually lost contact with her parents.
She had no choice but to step towards the press club for getting justice.
While talking to News360, the minor worker explained how the NAB officer and her family tortured her while she was happily earning her livelihood and supporting her parents.
She said that the torturing tales revolve around beating in case of a bit of lethargy in work or if even the employer’s son did something wrong. In either case, Manahil served as a tool for deflating frustration.
The girl was ordered to work non-stop and she was allowed to sleep only 4 hours a day. In case of seeking leniency in any chore, the NAB officer used to beat her.
