WEB DESK: Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) holding its anti-government demonstration at Qasim Bagh in Multan sans the administration’s permission can be surmised as a move towards national dialogue.

The Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA), Shehbaz Sharif, who is the head of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and out of jail on five-day parole , urged taking the course of the national dialogue to drive the country out of the current crisis.

The political analysts also believe that something is going on behind the scenes.

The idea put forward by the opposition leader can be a leap towards a ‘compromise’.

Imtiaz Gul, a political analyst, believes that something is happening behind the curtain between Shehbaz Sharif and the government which has expedited recently.

While exclusively talking with News360, he said that the narrative of Nawaz and Maryam was thus a big obstacle in moving towards the national dialogue.

Gul said that communication was the essence of the democratic process, adding that the dialogues between the ruling and opposition parties keeping in view national interests always help to move the country forward.
