Saleem Safi predicts ex-PM to be sent to jail before getting relief from the courts
ISLAMABAD: Senior journalist Saleem Safi has claimed that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will be returning to Pakistan in January 2021 as per his plan.
Salim Safi in a Twitter message said that Nawaz Sharif is planning to return home next month.
As per the plan, Nawaz Sharif will go to jail first and later appeals will be filed for the elimination of his sentences in different cases and to seek relief from the courts.
The host of a famous television program ‘Jirga’ of private news channel claimed that the recent transfer of Nab director-general was made in this connection of upcoming events.
The ousted prime minister, who was permitted to travel abroad for receiving medical treatment due to his precarious health, has seemingly satisfied with the script, claimed the journalist in his tweet.
Following the chain of events, News360 has raised some serious questions to Salim Safi and the leadership of in the major position party of Pakistan.
1. What is the current status of Nawaz Sharif’s health? He had left the country to receive medical treatment abroad due to his extremely poor health condition and such diseases which cannot be treated in Pakistan. Saleem Safi should ask someone to tell him about the status of Nawaz Sharif health recovery as these details are not made public so far.
It should be made clear weather Nawaz Sharif has recovered his health completely or if he falls ill again then who will generate is weather report again.
2. What will happen to Nawaz Sharif’s narrative regarding honouring the vote power (Vote ko izzat do) if he is is returning to Pakistan in result of a deal? Salim Safi and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz PML-N should made it clear in this matter.
3. Third and themost important question is about Nawaz Sharif’s visa that had been expired by the federal authorities while he was staying in London. Whether Nawaz Sharif is returning to Pakistan following a deal or due to problems he is facing to stay more in the United Kingdom due to this expired visa.With an expired visa Nawaz Sharif can be deported from UK anytime or he will have to move to some other country like USA, UAE or Saudi Arabia or some other destination.
