Negotiations are possible with army, Current govt has no worth, Imran Khan

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf says that Prime Minister is completely irrelevant, he is nothing but a puppet

Former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has once again accused the current army chief wants to eliminate PTI in any case, saying that he has no position to talk to government. Army Chief is doing it.

These views were expressed by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf while giving a special interview to Independent Urdu on Monday. Imran Khan said that in the current situation, the Prime Minister is completely irrelevant, all decisions are being made by the Army Chief.

PTI chief said that his (Army Chief) statements are on social media, and those statements are very scary.

“If you read these statements, you will see that they are saying that whatever happens, they will make sure that my party, PTI, ends. This is all that has happened in the past,” he said. It has come out in a few days. Then who will I (Imran Khan) talk to?

Criticizing Shahbaz Sharif, Tehreek-e-Insaf chief said that the prime minister is completely irrelevant, his role is no more than a puppet.

He said that I am a politician, I have given messages for the past several months, I am ready to negotiate with anyone, including the Army Chief and the establishment. But the clapping is done with both hands, but it seems to me that there is no one to talk to.

In response to this question, Imran Khan said that ‘Yes, a politician should always be ready to negotiate with anyone. Because politicians resolve differences through negotiations and not through guns.’

The anchor person asked if you don’t think that you are personalizing the issue by taking the name of Army Chief. On which Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf said that the Army Chief’s statements have unfortunately made this issue personal. I did not make any negative statement against them, I only said that when I was picked up from Islamabad High Court premises, abducted, it was done by the army and not by the police. The Army cannot do any work without the orders of the Army Chief.’

When asked about his arrest, PTI chief Imran Khan said, “There are 80 percent chances that I will be arrested again, while there is no case against me, I have secured bail in all cases, but alas.” “There is no law in Pakistan. Here is the law of the jungle.”

He said that all my top leadership have been arrested, more than 10,000 PTI workers and activists are in jail and there is no charge against them. They go to court, they get bail, but as soon as they get out, they are re-arrested and thrown in jail. This is an example of whatever is happening.’

Imran Khan, hoping for the judiciary, said, “My last hope is from the courts, but the government is only following the orders of the courts.”
