In a questionable decision, the Sindh government has ended the condition of the Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) for the new recruitment of teachers.
The decision was taken by the Sindh education department, ending the condition of PRC for the teachers who have passed the IBA test.
Moreover, it was also decided to issue 1,500 pending offer letters to the educators. Following the new order, the candidates having no PRC will be declared eligible for the government positions.
The Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah gave approval to the decision, whereas, a notification was also issued by the provincial education department.
