Islamabad police have integrated new sections of extortion, robbery, rape, and others in the case of assault and sexual abuse of a couple involving Usman Mirza and his abettors which has been highly commended by the social media users.
The new sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) incorporated in the first information report (FIR) include 375-A, 375-D, 384, 342, 114, 395, 496-A, and 377-B.
The inclusion of new sections has fortified the case against the voyeurs as it could lead to the death penalty or life imprisonment.
Islamabad police Operations DIG Afzal Ahmad Kausar held a press conference with Investigation SSP Ata-ur-Rehman and Operations SSP Syed Mustafa Tanveer on Monday.
The police official said they learned during the investigation that the prime suspect also took extortion from the boy and girl.

He told the media that six suspects including Muhammad Usman Mirza, Farhan Khan, Atta-ur-Rehman, Madras Butt, Umar Bilal, and Mohib Khan are in police custody.
The police have recorded statements of the victim couple while the mobile phones of Usman Mirza have been seized too.
DIG confirmed that another FIR had been earlier registered against the perpetrator in the Sihala police station.
Kausar said it is yet to be determined who uploaded the video on the internet while it has also been learned that Mirza Usman’s brother is also involved in the case.
The embedding of new sections of PPC has been hailed by internet users.
The calls for chemical castration of Usman Mirza and his accomplices had become a popular demand after the video got viral.
The internet users say that Usman Mirza’s case is a test case for the government to practically implement the chemical castration law.
They said that such rigorous action would serve as a deterrence for the criminal elements.
