Regarding the PTI’s D-Chowk public gathering, Fawad said that they wanted to show the opposition a real power show and the government’s massive public support. “It would be like a referendum. Mubashir questioned Fawad whether the venue of the PTI public meeting will be selected near the gate of the parliament. He accepted that the venue will be just near the parliament’s gate at D-Chowk and around 1 million people will attend the power show.

The programme host questioned again whether it will make a [crisis] situation on the day of voting.

Fawad replied, “Yes. We will see what will be the situation. This is why I am asking the opposition to withdraw its no-confidence motion in this situation. We are proposing the opposition withdraw the no-confidence motion if they don’t need to increase bitterness. There is a need to decrease the bitterness [in the environment].”
