The month of August has been challenging for Pakistan after three occurrences of terror activities and experts are connecting it with chaotic Afghanistan.
The country is witnessing an increase in attacks on security personnel and the political leaders called for the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP).
Ever since the withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan has initiated, Pakistani security forces are at the target of the terrorists backed by different forces that want to see a destabilized Pakistan.

Many experts say that thousands of Afghan refugees travel from Afghanistan to Pakistan daily and they might be a source of the deteriorating law and order situation in the country.
In a statement, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed that one soldier was injured after terrorists inside Afghanistan opened fire on a military post in Dewagar in North Waziristan District on August 8.
In another incident, at least 2 policemen were martyred and 21 others were injured in an explosion near Quetta’s Serena Hotel on the same day.
The blast occurred at Zarghoon Road near University Chowk and it was found that the explosives were planted on a motorcycle near a police van.
At the time of the detonation, a condolence reference was underway in the nearby court premises to commemorate 54 lawyers who lost their lives in a suicide bombing on August 8, 2016.
It wasn’t long after the mishap that a hand grenade attack took place at Quetta’s Saryab Road and the police confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also condemned back-to-back incidents of terrorism in Quetta and called for the implementation of NAP.
