Sabir Sami, an MBA graduate from Pakistani university IBA, has been appointed as global division chief executive officer (CEO) of the famous fast-food chain KFC.
Sami is a 12-year-old veteran of the company and will be succeeding Tony Lowings who is stepping down from the designation at the end of 2021.

Sabir Sami currently resides in Toronto, Canada, and is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the KFC division and Managing Director of KFC Asia.

Previously, he was the managing director for the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey.
