People of Khyber Still Long For Internet Service
It has been 3 years since the tribal areas merged into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province but the people of the Khyber district are still deprived of internet services.
The locals have to tie the internet device to a rod or stick and lift it high in the air to catch the signals.
A local said that using the internet for any purpose is an uphill task and they have to work hard to find a ‘sweet spot’ for good strength of signals.

People say that the internet is no more a luxury but a basic necessity but they are still deprived of it in modern era.
They have demanded the government to resolve the issue at the earliest.
