PML-N Decides to go For Shoe-Flinging in the Parliament
Rana Sanaullah refused to condemn Abbasi’s statement regarding hitting NA speaker with a shoe and predicted shoes will be thrown in legislature now
After hit-you-with-my-shoe threat by ex-premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to National Assembly (NA) Speaker Asad Qaiser, Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) has perhaps decided to go for shoe-flinging in the parliament.
Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah refused to condemn Abbasi’s statement regarding hitting NA speaker with a shoe and predicted there will be shoe-flinging in the legislature now.
While speaking in Hamid Mir’s program Capital Talk on Geo News on April 21, Rana Sanaullah said ex-prime minister Abbasi will not apologize for his behavior with NA speaker.

Where it started
Shahid Khaqan Adamant to Strike NA Speaker With Shoe
“The way they (government) are oppressing us do you think we will keep ourselves limited to political protest?”, PML-N leader told the host.
“Shoes will be thrown all over in the assembly now”, he predicted.
At this, Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood, who was also in the panel, asked, ”What do they mean that things will go beyond political protest?”
He continued, “Are they going to bring a Kalashnikov and kill us with it?”
Further, in another clip of his talk show shared by Hamid Mir, ex-prime minister Khaqan Abbasi said that things could go beyond hurling shoes.

He reiterated that speaking on the matter on Namoos-i-Risalatwa in the parliament was his right.
Abbasi warned that if he was not allowed, things could go beyond from just throwing shoes.
