Member of the National Assembly, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, who was the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance of the National Assembly for many years, said in a media interview on Friday that it seems that the financial affairs are now beyond the control of Ishaq Dar, as shown by the situation. Yes, the country is heading towards bankruptcy, while the government is busy dealing with the opposition and making cases against them.
Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh said that the government has failed to revive the economy and control inflation and unemployment as per its promise to the people. Qaiser Ahmad Sheikh said that the entire business community is looking towards him to play a leadership role in the revival of the economy.
He admitted that not only the common man, the middle class and the poor of the country but also the investors, millers, industrialists and traders are being affected by the wrong policies of the economic team of the government.
He blamed the economic crisis on the lack of consultation, saying that the coalition did not take the elected parliamentary partners into confidence and that decision-making was limited to a few unelected people.
He said that in the last 10 months not a single meeting of the parliamentary party was held, now it is time to give important offices and ministries to selected representatives who can serve better than selected representatives.
He said, “I have also sent a message to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and informed him about the bad state of the economy. I have no desire for position, wealth or protocol, but only to bring the country out of crisis with the support of the business community.” I want.”
