PTI has displayed its street power once again after the Supreme Court (SC) announced its verdict in the favour of Pervaiz Elahi.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has displayed its street power once again after the Supreme Court (SC) announced its verdict in the favour of Pervaiz Elahi, the joint candidate of PTI and Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) for the Punjab Chief Minister (CM) slot.

Last night, the Supreme Court (SC) declared Hamza Shahbaz’s oath illegal and ordered him to leave office immediately. The 11-page verdict was written by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial after a three-member bench heard the case. The top court also nullified Hamza’s provincial cabinet.

According to the SC verdict, the appointments made by Hamza Shehbaz as Punjab CM were declared null and void, and the decisions in the public interest will remain intact.
