KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) from Karachi Aamir Liaquat Hussain and Ali Haider Zaidi have ended their differences ‘following the order of Prime Minister Imran Khan’.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain said in a Twitter message alongside sharing his picture with Ali Haider Zaidi that he has ended differences with the PTI MNA after meeting him over the orders of the premier.

He claimed that PM Imran Khan directed Ali Haider Zaidi to refrain from taking decisions in Karachi without including him in the consultation.

Hussain added that he is a strong voice of PTI in Karachi.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain had been criticising Ali Haider Zaidi for allegedly influencing the reorganisation process of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi chapter and exhibiting favouritism towards his blue-eyed party workers to strengthen his parliamentary group in the political party.

The criticism was launched after the appointment of Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Bilal Ahmed Ghaffar as PTI Karachi president. Hussain had alleged that the decision was taken under the influence of Ali Haider Zaidi and without even including him in the consultation.

He had also shown indecisiveness for taking part in the voting on mini-budget and skipped attending the parliamentary party meeting on January 12 in Islamabad.

Prior to the National Assembly session on mini-budget on January 13, Hussain had met PM Imran Khan in his chamber and expressed his reservations against the PTI’s reorganisation in Karachi.

However, PTI MNA and Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi had kept a complete silence over Hussain’s allegations.
