PTI-PPP leaders Khurram Sher Zaman and Nasir Shah spoke to News360 to give important information regarding the policies of their respective parties.
Both PTI-PPP leaders criticized the policies of their opponents.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Sindh Assembly and Karachi leader Khurram Sher Zaman said that Prime Minister Imran Khan himself decided who would be the Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly.
In an interview with News 360, he said, “These decisions are made by the party and it is the leader of the party who makes these decisions.”
According to Khurram Sher Zaman, “The decision to make Firdous Shamim Naqvi as Opposition Leader was made by Imran Khan alone and he decided about the new leader too.”
The PTI leader further added,” Firdous Shamim Naqvi has done a good job and now Haleem Adil Sheikh will also prove himself.”
Sindh Minister for Information, Local Government, Forest, and Religious Affairs Syed Nasir Hussain Shah in conversation with News360, rejected the news of the break up in the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
In an interview with News 360, he said, “The appointment of the Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly is an internal matter of the opposition party”
Praising Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Nasir shah added that Firdous is an old PTI worker who made numerous sacrifices for the party but was removed unfairly.
He criticized the PTI government calling them incompetent.
Nasir Shah said that the PPP and other opposition parties would achieve their democratic goal with the support of the people. He added that the country will be successful in getting rid of present incompetent rulers.
