Food Secretary Shehryar Sultan and Irrigation Secretary Saif Anjum are likely to get key positions after the shuffle, a source told News360.

On the other hand, secretaries of minerals and resources, higher education, labor, and livestock, and women development are also likely to be replaced.

It should be noted that these appointments and transfers are being made at a time when Prime Minister Imran Khan is arriving in Lahore on a one-day visit scheduled this week.
