Pervaiz Ilahi’s master stroke: A blow to Chaudhry Shujaat and senior leadership of PTI
Political analysts say with joining of PTI by Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, while PML-Q has suffered, and space for PML-N has further decreased in Punjab
Former Chief Minister of Punjab and President of Muslim League (Q) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf along with his colleagues, along with joining PTI, Imran Khan has also nominated him as the president of the party, analysts say. Pervez Elahi has outclassed Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and PTI’s senior leadership with a single master story.
Last day Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi announced joining PTI along with 10 parliamentarians in front of the media after a long consultative meeting with Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan.
While holding a press conference along with PTI leaders, Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi said that I am a man of peace and will try to work together, work according to the wishes of Imran Khan.

A senior leader of PML-Q and former Chief Minister of Punjab Pervaiz Elahi held a detailed meeting with Chairman Imran Khan along with former members of the Punjab Assembly belonging to Q-League at Zaman Park.
Speaking to the media, the central leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Fawad Chaudhry, announced the joining of the former members of the Assembly of PMLQ in PTI and said that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi will be the central president of Tehreek-e-Insaf.

And the most senior leadership of PTI including Pervez Khattak has been sidelined, because now he has become the central president of the party, meaning now he has gone next to Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Analysts say that Chaudhry Pervez Elahi’s entry into PTI has further reduced the space for PML-N in Punjab as his entry has strengthened PTI in Gujarat. will also come forward as strong politicians because the vote of PTI and QL will not be divided anymore.
It should be noted that former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan had invited Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi to join the party on several occasions, and finally he accepted this offer and announced to join PTI yesterday.
