Rawalpindi Traffic Wardens Rescued Infant From Car

After the negligence of parents, Rawalpindi traffic wardens successfully managed to rescue the baby girl who was left in car with all windows rolled up

Netizens along with traffic wardens and lift operators took an instant decision to rescue the life of an infant girl, who was left in the car all alone in the busiest market of Rawalpindi.

According to lift operator, Ansar Abbas, the team came across the little girl when they started lifting vehicle which was parked in no-parking area near Bara Market.

Abbas added that the infant was in a state of unconsciousness and they had to break the side window to pull out the infant. She was immediately provided first aid by the wardens.

Later, when the parents of the girl returned from shopping from a bazaar in Rawalpindi and learned about the whole incident, they thanked the traffic wardens for saving the life of the infant.

In a contrite tone, they apologized for the irresponsible act and assured they would never repeat the same in the future.

Rawalpindi Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rai Mazhar Iqbal announced certificates of appreciation and prize money for both wardens for saving a precious life, who otherwise would have faced serious repercussions.

The chief cherished the efforts of the traffic personnel and added that the traffic police were working round the clock to ensure the protection of the people’s lives and properties.

However, he lamented negligence on the part of parents and urged them to be careful in the future.
