A school in Tando Mohammad Khan, which is under construction for more than a decade, is a question mark on the performance of Sindh education department and the related authorities responsible for its construction.
The construction of Government Public High School Tando Mohammad Khan was inaugurated in 2009 and it was to be completed with a budget of Rs 350 million.
However, after nearly a decade, the construction work remains unfinished for which official negligence is to be blamed for.

While visiting the site, the Leader of Opposition Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh maintained that the authorities have misused the budget allocated for the construction of school.
“Rs 350 million granted for buidling the school were wasted”, he said.
While talking to News360, the lawmaker was of the view that despite a heavy budget, the building was in a woeful condition.
Haleem Adil claimed that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is close to complete its third tenure in Sindh but a number of projects, like this one, were still unfinished.
“Locals of Tando Mohammad Khan were purposely deprived of education and other facilities”, he added.
Haleem Adil Sheikh claimed the locals did not support PPP due to its anti-people policies.
The opposition leader vowed to continue exposing PPP’s corruption in the province.
