Blaming decision of Supreme Court regarding general elections in Punjab, senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Nihal Hashmi has said that all biased judges were sitting in court.
Speaking in program of well-known anchor person and senior journalist Waseem Badami, leader of PML-N Nihal Hashmi said that all biased judges were sitting in the court, it was seen that politics was taking place.
On which the anchor person Waseem Badami questioned that even against the ruling of Qasim Suri, he was sued by the judges at night. On which Nihal Hashmi said that we did not say that the court should be held at night, that action was also wrong, why did the court be held at night? Why did it happen, don’t you ask under which law and under which constitution the court was held at night. You cannot be arbitrary.
Nihal Hashmi said that you (judges) have to work within limits of constitution, you (judges) cannot go outside of it. He said that 63A clearly indicates, and same bench is sitting and stubbornly sitting that as well as what limited Bhatti did about the bench is also on record. Anchor person Wasim Badami repeated his question in a different way, Nihal Hashmi said that the court should not have been held at night, did we say, did Nawaz Sharif say or PLM(N) said that Put the court at night, why put the court?
When Waseem Badami asked a question referring to Imran Khan’s speeches, leader Nihal Hashmi said, “Why are you asking us? Ask those who have established the court.”
