Supreme Court of Pakistan has set for hearing a petition filed against the postponement of elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the details, a special bench of the Supreme Court will hear the request of Tehreek-e-Insaf today at 2 pm. A 5-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial will hear the case.

PTI as a party against postponement of elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Speaker Punjab Assembly Sardar Sabtain Khan, Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly will hear the petitions.
The bench constituted to hear the case includes Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Atta Bandial, Justice Ijazul Hasan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, and Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel along with Justice Aminuddin.
It should be noted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf approached the court against the Election Commission changing the date of general elections of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. And now this application has been fixed for hearing.
